We appreciate your patronage and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our detailed return and refund policy below:
In-Store Purchases: Only artwork that is purchased directly in our physical store location is eligible for return. You may return in-store purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate the return process, kindly present the original proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
Custom Orders (Online and Gallery Orders): All custom orders, encompassing both online orders and those placed for personalized items within our gallery, are considered final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to bespoke pieces, personalized creations, and any order that involves customization beyond standard offerings. We do not accept returns for any orders made online as all orders are custom. However, in the case of a manufacturer defect not found during quality control or caused during shipping, we will accept a return within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Manufacturer Defect or Shipping Defects Include Only:
Rip in the canvas, broken wood stretcher bar affecting canvas tightening, large scratch on canvas impairing the visuals of the art piece, or pertinent staples missing causing a loose canvas. Any issues other than these will not qualify as grounds for a return or refund. Please contact us at contact@choldephotos.com if there is a defect with your art piece and are looking to exchange it for another.

- In-store returns require the original proof of purchase.
- Return requests for custom orders will not be accepted.
