Domestic Shipping (USA): We primarily offer shipping services within the United States. Orders will be processed promptly, and standard shipping may vary from 3-6 business days after processing time. Expedited shipping options are available for those seeking a faster delivery. Shipping times may be delayed depending on the season such as Christmas or Thanksgiving. Your Certificate of Authenticity, personally handcrafted and signed by Charles Holden, will be promptly shipped to accompany your order.

International Shipping: For our international customers, we do offer custom shipping options. Please note that international shipping rates are generally higher due to various factors, including customs fees and regulations. To inquire about international shipping and obtain a quote, please contact our customer service team at contact@choldenphotos.com. Your Certificate of Authenticity, personally handcrafted and signed by Charles Holden, will be promptly shipped to accompany your order.

Local Pickup: We also offer free local pickup at 24 New Orleans Road, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29928. Orders can typically be picked up between 5-10 business days after initial purchase date. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. (Local pickup will sometimes be paused and only shipping will be available)

Order Processing: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Every order is meticulously customized, and our processing time is thoughtfully allocated to guarantee the delivery of the highest quality artwork to our esteemed customers.

Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping within the USA generally takes 3-8 business days after processing time of 5-8 business days. Shipping times may be delayed depending on the season such as Christmas or Thanksgiving. Your order will arrive at your door between 5-10 business days, shipping times may be quicker and in some cases, may be longer.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method. Domestic shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process. For international orders, please contact our customer service for a personalized shipping quote.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@choldenphotos.com, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.
